The client. Nzone Childcare is a creche in Kinsealy, Malahide, running rooms full of children, staff, transport and bookings day in, day out.
The challenge
Software chained to a few desks.
Their old system was supplier software you installed from a CD-ROM onto specific machines. Because it was tied to a small number of PCs, only certain people at certain desks could use it. Staff couldn’t get to it from where they actually worked, and getting a clear picture of the day meant going digging.
